I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That is why you can try selected products for 30 days from receipt of the goods.
This voluntary policy applies in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory warranty rights and your statutory right to cancel are not affected.
Which products are covered by the 30-day policy?
The 30-day policy applies to the following products (Image 1):
- Boxing Glove Display Stand - white/black, without personalisation
- Boxing Glove Dryer - white/black
It also applies, subject to the conditions set out below, to:
- boxing glove display stand, white or black, supplied with a personalised plaque separately, provided that the personalised plaque has not yet been attached (Image 2, left)
Which products are not covered by the 30-day policy?
The 30-day policy does not apply to:
- the personalised plaque itself (Image 2, right)
- Boxing Glove Display Stand, supplied with a personalised plaque separately, where the plaque has already been attached (Image 3)
- custom orders or other products, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page (Image 3)
What does “30-day Trial” mean?
After receiving the product you may inspect it and test it to a reasonable extent in order to determine whether it is suitable for you.
A return under this voluntary 30-day policy is only possible if the returned item:
- is complete
- shows no damage beyond what would result from normal inspection
- shows no permanent signs of use
- has not been used improperly or altered
If a boxing glove display stand is ordered together with a personalised plaque supplied separately, the boxing glove display stand can only be returned under this 30-day policy if the personalised plaque has not been fitted or attached.
Special rules for personalised plaques
Where a boxing glove display stand is ordered with a personalised plaque, supplied separately, the following applies:
- The personalised plaque itself is excluded from the 30-day policy
- The boxing glove display stand may only be returned if the plaque has not yet been attached
- In that case, only the purchase price of the boxing glove display stand will be refunded
- The portion of the purchase price attributable to the personalised plaque will not be refunded
Once the personalised plaque has been attached or fitted, the boxing glove display stand can no longer be returned under this voluntary 30-day policy.
How to claim under the 30-day policy
If you wish to make use of the 30-day policy, please send us a clear notice by email within 30 days of receiving the goods at:
Please include the following information:
- your name
- your order number
- the product concerned
- for orders including a personalised plaque, confirmation that the plaque has not yet been attached
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice to us within the 30-day period.
Returns
After notifying us, you must send the goods back to us within 7 days to the following address:

The goods must be packaged in such a way as to avoid damage in transit.
Who bears the return costs?
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed with you in an individual case.
When will the refund be made?
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the amount refundable under this policy within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return, using the same means of payment that you used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
For orders including a personalised plaque supplied separately, only the portion of the purchase price attributable to the boxing glove display stand will be refunded. The price of the personalised plaque is excluded from the refund.
Relationship to the statutory right to cancel
This 30-day policy is a voluntary additional benefit. It applies independently of your statutory right to cancel.
The statutory right to cancel is governed exclusively by the terms set out in our cancellation policy.
